I went through a multi-round process where the focus stayed firmly on technical fundamentals. Early on, I did well on problem-solving and I was able to talk through my thought process clearly instead of just giving final answers. The panel tested a mix of OOP concepts and SQL basics, and the conversation stayed anchored around situation-based questions where they wanted the reasoning behind my choices.
Across the technical part of the loop, I also spent time answering questions that connected back to my past work—interviewers wanted details from my projects and then followed up with core Java and database-style questions. Communication mattered in how the whole thing landed; I felt I explained well, but I still wasn’t selected, and part of the feedback I felt was that my communication wasn’t strong enough to carry the performance.

Difficult Positive Hyderābād
The main thing I remember was how they approached the communication and the way they presented the opportunity. It felt like they were trying to give the best chance, but the process itself was described as taking time before any offer could happen. I also saw that background verification was treated as a must-have step.
Difficulty-wise, it didn’t feel like a technical challenge so much as an administrative and timing challenge. I didn’t receive an offer, and the reflection I had was that even when communication felt positive, the long lead time and mandatory verification were what really controlled the pace and outcome.
