After I applied, I started with a recruiter screening and then, about a week later, I went into a super day. The day itself was a tight sequence of three to four interviews back to back, and the whole vibe felt like they wanted to see both how I thought and how I carried myself.
Some of the questions were clearly behavioral—how I worked as an individual versus as part of a team, and prompts around my strengths and weaknesses. The technical questions were more about whether I truly had mastery of the concepts that showed up on my resume and the projects I’d actually contributed to, rather than anything totally disconnected. I felt like they were trying to map what I’d written to what I could explain confidently under pressure. Overall the process didn’t feel trivial, but it also wasn’t a surprise out of left field.

One interviewer seemed distracted and disengaged very early, before I’d even really had a chance to get rolling with my answers, which threw off my rhythm. The overall difficulty landed in the average range, but the outcome felt uncertain enough that the process didn’t leave me confident I’d landed cleanly.
