Average Positive Hong Kong

I experienced a smooth, fairly candid process that leaned heavily on fit and communication rather than pure technical depth. It started online, and then I moved into an in-person stage that combined behavioural and technical questions. The technical part wasn’t presented like a knowledge test designed to trick me—it was more like they wanted to see how I applied my thinking, while the behavioural questions did most of the heavy lifting.

At one point I had multiple interviewers on the superday, with several meetings back to back. Across those sessions, I spoke with people at different seniorities, and the questions stayed grounded in my background, deal or experience discussion, and fit. Brain-teaser questions also came up, but the tone from the interviewers stayed generous—when I asked clarifying questions, they were willing to share what they meant.
