My interviews kicked off in a pretty awkward way with scheduling problems. It took nearly two months to finalize everything, and every time I shared my availability they asked for different days that didn’t align with the timeframe originally requested. Once I cleared the first phone screen, I was moved to a virtual round with two engineers on a Hangouts call.

The scheduling glitch showed up hard there too: I was booked for three consecutive hours, and after finishing the first interview I had to sit and wait for more than an hour until the second interviewer joined. Eventually I realized the invites were set up incorrectly and didn’t match the actual interview timing. Later, when I asked for feedback after being rejected, I wasn’t given much of anything specific, which made the process feel like a black box.
