The first phone interview lasted about half an hour and felt more like an informal conversation than a strict interrogation. HR was friendly and easy to talk to, and they moved me into a second interview with a hiring manager as soon as possible.
That hiring manager conversation ran roughly 45 to 55 minutes. I remember it as a professional, pleasant discussion where I had room to ask questions too. A third interview followed with a director that was shorter—around half an hour—and the tone stayed consistently professional and supportive.
