I applied through Colruyt Group’s website and then had a chat with someone from HR. A bit later I received a numerical test, and once I finished it I was quickly put in touch with the right people to continue. After that, the process still wasn’t over: I ended up with another conversation with my current manager, which made the whole loop feel more like a practical check of how I fit than a pure “paper” interview.
Across the different stages, the first parts were very structured. The assessment felt centered on reasoning and problem-solving, including numerical items, and it took about an hour when I was given the online test. Then the technical side came with a focus on networking fundamentals, like OSI layers, TCP/UDP, DNS, and the difference between routers and switches, while also connecting it back to my own projects. The HR discussion itself was more relaxed and mostly covered how I’d describe my strengths, my relocation situation, and where I wanted my career to go.

Average Positive Hyderābād
I went through a sequence with two technical rounds and one management-related round, with the topics tied directly to the technology I chose and the responsibilities of the role. I remember it as a focused evaluation rather than a general chat—each step felt connected back to what I would actually be working on.
Because the structure was fairly clear, the difficulty felt average overall. I didn’t get an offer, but the process itself was more about depth and alignment than about surprises, and I came out knowing better what kind of expectations they had for the technical and managerial parts.
