My interview journey included a small set of clearly defined steps. I began with an HR conversation where the process and the company’s structure were explained, and the HR contact came across as warm and friendly. The final step was a meeting with the team. The overall flow felt organized, and the friendly tone from HR helped me settle in. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the structure of the process and how clearly it was framed made the experience feel much less chaotic than it could’ve been.
