After applying, I got a recruiter outreach and moved straight into a filtering-style recruitment task. I remember it feeling like a solid system, with some common questions first and then the task itself, followed by an intro to what they expected. The overall experience was positive, and I appreciated how smoothly the process ran. As an introvert, though, I found it hard to express myself fully in the structure they used around questions and the task.
What stood out most was that the recruiter support made the process feel less intimidating. I was kept updated on progress and given guidance on how the interviews would be conducted and how to approach them. I still would’ve liked the task to be more detailed up front, because that would’ve helped me align my effort with what they were looking for, but the communication and support around it were genuinely good.

Difficult Positive Miami, FL
My process ended up being short and focused on a single technical gate. I had a recruiter phone screen first, and then I went straight into a live coding frontend interview. The expectation was that I could build a rough frontend portion of a website within about thirty minutes using React, and the role seemed to strongly value that ability.
I didn’t get past that live coding round. The whole experience was difficult primarily because the timebox left very little room for uncertainty, and I didn’t demonstrate the frontend work they were looking for within the window.
