Easy Positive United States

My process felt pretty lightweight and very interview-focused on fit. I went through a behavioral interview with a team manager, and then I had another behavioral conversation with their manager. The tone was straightforward and I didn’t get hit with anything like a LeetCode-style problem.

Across the conversations, it stayed centered on what I wanted from the role and how I’d work with the team. One of the behavioral rounds covered why I wanted to work with the company and included salary expectations, along with a quick briefing about the job itself. In total, the behavioral portion moved fast—roughly twenty minutes for one round—so I mostly walked away thinking the company was screening for alignment and communication rather than testing deep technical algorithms.

Difficult Positive United States

My process included several interviews across different team members, and it also featured a technical take-home assignment. The recruiter helped me get ready for the last stretch of interviews, which reduced some anxiety because I wasn’t walking in cold.

The technical conversations were challenging, but they leaned toward working through problems together. I kept feeling that the interviewers wanted to see collaboration and communication as much as correctness, and the overall tone stayed kind and supportive. Even though the work itself was demanding, it never turned hostile or confusing—more like a careful evaluation of how I’d think under pressure.
