After an initial recruiter call, I had about a week of back-and-forth and then the rest of the process unfolded over roughly four weeks. The first meeting was an initial interview, followed by another recruiter call where I went over next steps and scheduled three more conversations: a technical/pair programming round, a system design discussion, and a culture fit check. After that, there was a brief team-matching call and then a final call to discuss the offer.

My recruiter was especially helpful—before each step, I got a quick prep call explaining what to expect and answering my questions—so I always walked in with clarity about the format.
