I started with a short video call where the person on the other side introduced themselves and talked me through what the role involved. After that overview, I had to do my own introduction—where I talked through my background and what I was looking for. The whole intro section felt fairly quick, around ten minutes, and then it moved straight into the real part of the screen.
The rest of the session was a technical round that focused on finance and accounting fundamentals. I was expected to answer clearly and at a steady pace, and the feeling was that they wanted to gauge whether my basics were solid enough before going any further. Overall it felt reasonably structured and not overly long, but I didn’t end up getting an offer.
