From the recruiter call onward, I felt like the process was both fast-moving and a little confusing. I remember meeting multiple interviewers, including hiring managers and people across different functions, and the tone from some of them felt impatient—like they were looking for a specific “sales-ready” trait more than they were trying to get to know me in a conversational way. The recruiter itself was nice, but introductions and context weren’t as clear as I expected, especially for the junior sales track I was in.
In parallel with that, the overall structure still gave me a sense of what they were looking for. The process had a growth-phase feel, and interviewers were open about where the company was going, which made some of the conversations more informative instead of purely procedural. I also got the impression that the experience depended heavily on being very prepared and organized for a mock discovery call—timing and readiness mattered.
