My interview process felt chaotic from the start, and it added a lot of stress that didn’t seem necessary. Scheduling was all over the place, with messages coming in at very late hours and one interview added only about four days before a day I was already preparing for. I ended up having to rebuild my prep plan almost last minute.

Once the first technical interview began, I was doing fine at the beginning. Then I was asked to provide a solution that I already had something working on, but the interviewer dismissed it as not good enough and kept pushing me into alternatives. When time started running out, it was frustrating to spend a long stretch thinking through other possibilities only to have the call end almost immediately. I later learned the answer had effectively been given to me, and it didn’t feel like there was much accountability in how the evaluation was handled.
