Depois de uma conversa mais inicial com o time de RH, eu segui para um desafio mais técnico bem direcionado para a área. Ele parecia simples à primeira vista: eram só duas questões. O ponto que me pegou foi que eu precisaria compartilhar minha tela durante a resolução, explicando o que eu estava fazendo.

Nesse momento, eu usei Postman para investigar bugs, como se eu estivesse mostrando meu raciocínio enquanto analisava e confirmava o problema. Eu fiquei cerca de 45 minutos envolvido no desafio, e a dinâmica me deixou bem no “modo execução”, porque não dava para só responder; eu tinha que conduzir a investigação ao vivo. No fim, não recebi proposta, mas o processo foi direto e objetivo em como avaliou minha capacidade prática.

Não teve teste formal; foi mais conversa guiada pela experiência.

No encontro com o gestor, eu acabei passando por questionamentos bem diretos sobre minhas últimas experiências e sobre o quanto eu dominava as tecnologias que seriam usadas no dia a dia.
