My path started with online tests, then moved into a group format, and it escalated in how many people I ended up meeting. After the initial recruiter call, about a week later I was told to join the first round, which turned out to be a group interview with multiple parts and a chance to speak with several interviewers.
Before that round, there were online assessments (including Plum was mentioned), and after the first interview I progressed to an assessment center. That assessment center included three interviews with senior leaders—one Managing Director, one Vice President, and one Director—so the process clearly kept moving up the ladder.

Average Positive United States
My interviews followed a pretty consistent pattern: an HR-style conversation first, then follow-ups with analysts and case-style work. In the initial round, I spoke with HR and a current analyst, and the questions mixed behavioral prompts with discussion around my CV. It felt like they were trying to understand both how I’d worked before and how I thought about my own experience.
After that, I went into another round where I met two people from the department. That part also included a presentation based on a document they provided, and it pushed me to translate what I’d read into a clear viewpoint. In another segment of the process, I also had a case-study interview with more specific technical questions layered in.
