After a recruiter-style call to align on general questions and logistics, I had a more in-depth virtual interview shortly after. The interviews were run in two stages: first Lithuanian, then English became the main language for most of the conversation, and it was handled by two team leads.
The focus was largely technical and tied to my applicable experience, but they still worked in a few questions meant to gauge personality and how I’d come across day to day. There was also time reserved for me to ask any remaining or more specific questions about the position.

Average Negative Hyderābād
My interview at Citco started off in a rough and uncomfortable tone. After being asked about my day, I mentioned that I was managing tight month-end deliverables, but instead of engaging with that, I was met with a dismissive question about why I was even attending the interview.
As the conversation continued, I kept running into an audio problem where my voice wasn’t coming through, and I tried fixing it by adjusting my headphones. I had to speak louder to keep going, and after nearly 48 minutes I explained that my throat had gotten dry from having to push my voice.
