Easy Neutral New York, NY

My first step was mostly behavioral. I did two behavioral phone screens, and then the process escalated into a long case coding exercise that lasted about three hours. I remember it as the point where things shifted from conversation into sustained technical work.

After that, I had to present my code for about an hour to a manager and another analyst, which added another layer beyond just finishing the exercise. The final round was back in the office and felt more behavioral again, with the conversation focusing on how I thought and how I’d approach problems rather than new coding questions. The whole sequence felt intense because it was back-to-back in content type, especially with that long coding block.

Difficult Positive United States

My loop was intense: I ended up with nine rounds total, and I didn’t make it all the way to the end. The process moved quickly, and it took only about three weeks to schedule and run through multiple interviewers.

What helped was that the interviewers and recruiters seemed nice and flexible about timing, so logistics didn’t become a fight. Even so, nine rounds is a lot of repeated technical and evaluative pressure, and by the time I reached the point where it stopped, it felt like I was constantly being tested and recalibrated. I left without an offer, and the thing I remember most was just how fast the pace was rather than how any single question went.
