Difficult Positive Philippines

This one felt like an actual assessment center rather than a normal interview loop. I went through three parts: a behavioral interview, a technical presentation assessment, and a customer roleplay session. I was given enough time ahead of the technical presentation and the roleplay so I could prepare, and I even had resources from the hiring team available to use.

The technical presentation part was meant to be more than just talking—it required me to structure an explanation clearly under pressure, while the roleplay tested how I handled a realistic customer scenario. The whole setup made it feel challenging but fair, because the expectations were tied to what the team would actually need.

Average Positive Munich, Bavaria

The whole process felt surprisingly pleasant. I started with an in-depth conversation with the hiring manager, which set the tone and helped me feel like the round had purpose. Not long after, I had a technical interview.

Then came a role-play where I had to respond to a realistic customer scenario, basically thinking on my feet about how I’d handle the situation. For the final part, I presented a product and answered follow-up questions about it. Overall, the experience felt structured and respectful, and I never felt blindsided by the format.
