Average Positive United States

My process started with a short recruiter screening where I basically walked through what the role involved and what to expect from the interview loop. After that, I moved into two technical interviews and then two soft-skills rounds.

The technical portion felt like a panel format: each panel included multiple interviewers and mixed technical fit with behavioral fit. A lot of what they asked came directly from my recent experience—what I had contributed in my last organization, the skills I would bring to the team, and how I approached the kinds of problems I’d actually worked on.

Average Positive Ciudad de Mexico

My process looked like a longer ladder of different steps, starting with a discussion about my most recent work and why I wanted to join Cisco. After that, I was asked straightforward technical questions about networking, and then I moved into progressively more applied networking problem-solving.

There was a phase where I tried to resolve a network-related problem directly, and then it shifted into answering emails to address a networking issue. Eventually, I had a technical interview with an engineer.
