I applied online for a Circle K role in Parker, CO, and the next Monday a hiring contact called me to set up an interview. I wasn’t properly dressed and honestly wasn’t ready, but I talked it through with him and we rescheduled for that same day at 10AM since he’d be out for almost a week.
The in-person interview went well. The conversation turned into timing and store needs, and I got the impression they were trying to move quickly. He said he’d ask the company to “hurry up” the offer. He also mentioned they had another interview scheduled to fill the position, but I was told I could be brought in as a team member for about 90 days and then move into the manager role at that same store regardless of whether they hired the other person.
