I went through a very compact interview journey. First, I had a phone call with HR. After that, I was confirmed for a technical interview session with the hiring manager, and because of the pandemic it was held over Zoom. The session had multiple people on the call—three panelists were present at the same time—and it stayed focused on the technical discussion. The process ended without an offer, and I finished it feeling like I’d had a real chance to prove myself, but ultimately it didn’t go anywhere.

My interview process ran a little over a month. After applying on their website, I waited about four weeks total before everything wrapped up. The first step was a phone call where they asked about my school and work history, then followed up with some basic technical questions covering operating systems and systems design.

After that, I was invited to an in-person interview. That part again mixed behavioral questions with additional technical discussion. During lunch, I remember seeing a group presentation that showcased their product, which made the day feel more organized and concrete than just back-to-back questions. The overall difficulty stayed around average, and the structure was consistent from phone to onsite.
