Easy Positive

My interview journey started with something fairly informal and informational, then gradually became more technical as I progressed. After the initial recruiter touchpoint, I had a technical screen where the questions moved from general behavioral themes into a few more finance-focused topics. The whole thing felt conversational rather than rigid, and the tone was comfortable.

The technical side wasn’t overwhelming, but it did show more up the deeper I got into the process. I remember appreciating that the difficulty ramped in a way that made it easier to stay grounded instead of getting hit with everything at once. The timeline also felt quick for me, with a fast turnaround throughout. I didn’t receive an offer, but I walked away feeling like I’d been evaluated fairly from start to finish.
