My process with Chubb felt pretty smooth and moved quickly—about two weeks end to end. I went through three main rounds: a coding test, a technical interview, and then a final technical plus managerial round where my project work was discussed.

I came out of the earlier rounds feeling like things went well. The technical rounds didn’t feel brutal, and the conversations stayed grounded in what I’d already prepared. The thing that surprised me was the final round: even though I felt I performed well, I didn’t get an offer. I received a rejection email that didn’t really explain why, and I followed up with the recruiter asking for more detailed feedback. I never heard back.

My early rounds included a behavioral-style discussion followed by a more technical segment. The technical portion leaned into questions about my personal projects, my tech stack, and general fundamentals, and the interview felt like a professional two-step evaluation rather than a long sequence.

Later, I also heard about a structure where interviews could be split into multiple technical levels and paired with a puzzle-style question plus HR. That kind of format made the technical rounds feel like they were assessing both breadth (like OOPs, DBMS, OS, networking) and some problem-solving beyond straight coding.
