My process began with an HR call, and then I was scheduled to speak with an infrastructure manager. That first meeting never happened—the interviewer didn’t show up—and what really stood out was that the second call didn’t acknowledge the missed start at all.

I remember feeling thrown off by how unprofessional it made the process seem, especially because the role I was being considered for sounded like it would be close to solo support. The lack of clear planning around coverage also added to my unease. I ultimately didn’t get an offer, and honestly it didn’t surprise me. If anything, it left me with the impression that the process wasn’t being run with much care.
