After a recruiter call, I ended up going through a fairly structured four-round process. First there was a phone screen with the recruiter, then I moved into a video interview with HR and other team members. Next came a technical interview with a team manager with two coding questions, which felt like the clearest “skills check” in the loop.
The last step was another video interview with people from the team, where they asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Overall the difficulty matched what I’d expect—neither trivial nor overly brutal—and the process felt organized, but I didn’t end up with an offer.

My process started with a phone interview and then a Zoom interview, and both felt like they went smoothly. I expected things to move quickly after that, but what really changed the pace was a take-home assignment focused on redesigning a site.
I submitted the work, and then the communication just stopped. I never heard back after I turned it in, and that silence made the whole experience feel unresolved rather than like a clear decision.
