The process was laid out in clear phases, and it moved in that same structured order from start to finish. First came an HR interview focused on objectives and plans, then I moved into a technical test that leaned into SQL and reporting.

After the test, I had a technical interview covering IQ, SQL, and logic. The final step was an interview with the service owner, where the discussion also tied back to planning. Overall, it felt like they were steadily increasing the focus from how I thought and planned, to how I handled data and logic, and then finally to how I’d fit within the bigger service context.
