Easy Positive Perth, Western Australia

My process had an easygoing feel and lots of communication about where things were headed. The interview itself used a STAR style with broad, open-ended prompts, so I had to stay flexible and shape my answers as I went.

I did want more specific questions because the openness required more framing on my side, but the overall atmosphere was comfortable. People seemed focused on keeping things moving and making sure I understood what was being asked.
