My process felt like it had a clear mix of coding and discussion. After introductions, I went through two tech rounds and then a managerial round with a senior director. In the tech rounds, they gave me some context and asked me to build with React and state management, then tie my work back to their expectations.

We also talked about the company’s work, the technologies they were using, and how my previous experience connected to what they were looking for. The managerial conversation was more reflective, where I discussed past decisions and how I approached projects.

My first contact led into a series of technical conversations that leaned heavily on front-end and web fundamentals, with coding and concept checks blended together. In one round, we covered JavaScript and React basics in a practical way—DOM behavior, scoping differences between let and const, reusable component thinking, and how CRUD would be implemented using React-Redux.

The flow also included more web-oriented questioning like JS and React concepts plus coding prompts, and I remember one of the rounds being focused on interactive aspects and web fundamentals. I also had a separate screen where my interview started with JS/HTML/CSS and moved into React-focused questions, followed by system design that combined HLD and LLD, and then ended with a more technical discussion.
