I went through a process that stretched out longer than I expected. After completing what felt like the full loop, it took months to hear anything back, and that delay really changed the momentum of the experience. The interview sequence itself also felt heavy and repetitive, with a lot of behavioral rounds and then several technical ones.
What made it harder to stay confident was that the interviewers seemed unprepared, which meant the experience didn’t feel very polished or tightly managed. Instead of a smooth progression where each round built on the last, it felt like I was being moved through multiple similar conversations.

I started with recruiter outreach on LinkedIn and then moved pretty quickly into a structured sequence. After that initial conversation, I had a hiring manager round that lasted about 30 minutes, followed by a longer coding round (about an hour). The process ended with an onsite that covered multiple areas: a system design-style conversation plus separate rounds focused on leadership and product.
Overall it felt manageable. The coding part was done through Coderpad and didn’t require anything extremely complex; I focused on working through the problem and showing my thinking as I went. The behavioral portion was broken into several rounds, with different people in the room, including product, management, and a team lead. There was also a design round that added some extra structure beyond just behavioral and pure coding.

Interview Structure & Timeline
The interview process typically begins with a recruiter outreach, followed by a series of structured interviews including HR, technical assessments, and behavioral rounds, often culminating in an onsite interview. Candidates noted that the timeline can vary significantly, with some experiencing delays that impacted their overall confidence.

Technical Assessments
Candidates can expect a mix of coding challenges, often conducted through platforms like CoderPad or HackerRank, focusing on practical problem-solving rather than abstract algorithms. The technical rounds may include both live coding and take-home tests, with varying levels of difficulty and expectations.

Behavioral & Values Fit
Multiple rounds of behavioral interviews are common, where candidates are assessed on their past experiences, teamwork, and cultural fit within the company. Interviewers often ask scenario-based questions to gauge how candidates handle feedback and collaborate in an agile environment.
The interpersonal vibe during interviews can vary, with some candidates reporting positive and friendly interactions, while others experienced rudeness or a lack of support from interviewers. This aspect significantly influences candidates' perceptions of the company culture.
Candidates noted a potential mismatch between the advertised role and the expectations during interviews, particularly regarding the level of experience sought. This discrepancy can lead to confusion and disappointment, especially if candidates feel they are being evaluated against a higher standard than anticipated.

Outcome & Feedback
While many candidates received timely feedback, the overall outcome often left them feeling uncertain, especially if the process felt disorganized or if they sensed a lack of seriousness from the interviewers. This can affect their willingness to accept an offer, even if one is extended.
