The conversation started in the behavioral lane—why I was interested in Cargill and a discussion of my projects—before they added a small dose of technical conceptual questions.
The technical side wasn’t about deep algorithm work. Instead, it focused more on how databases work at a conceptual level, which made it easier to stay conversational even while still being technical. I asked a few questions back and generally felt the interviewers were welcoming and willing to keep things moving.
