I went through an onsite-style flow that started with an HR call, then moved into an assessment step. After scheduling, I completed an application test on HackerRank that took about 90 minutes and included three questions. From there, I had a technical interview for about an hour with members of the team.

The remainder of the day combined a short face-to-face conversation with dev managers for about 30 minutes and then a longer pair programming session with a developer for around two hours. Everyone I spoke to felt friendly and comfortable, and I didn’t feel like I was being treated as an outsider at any point.
