After that, the process continued with additional managers speaking with me, including a panel-style conversation where I met other leaders. Across those rounds, my questions were answered and I didn’t feel like I was fighting to understand what they wanted. The overall difficulty felt moderate rather than overly technical, and the atmosphere stayed encouraging.
