Average Positive Bengaluru

My process started with a recruiter touchpoint, and after that I had a technical screen where the questions were more standard than brutal. Then I moved into rounds that felt like they were trying to test depth and execution: a take-home style component showed up for me as a “kata” bundle, and later I was pulled into longer technical conversation where Java-related work and JavaScript coding came up, along with whiteboarding.

What really stood out was how long and intense the technical evaluation could get. One part of the journey felt like they expected expert-level fluency—there was a huge assignment and then an extended round with many interviewers drilling into different aspects of skill. In my own path, the final stages also felt more scenario-driven and detailed, including manager-style questions where I had to fill in technical pieces based on what they described.

Easy Positive United States

My process was entirely virtual, and it felt more like an exercise in fit than a pure engineering assessment. I talked with multiple managers across different divisions, and the time with each person felt focused on how I’d performed in past roles rather than any deep coding challenge. The technical component was light—mostly centered on how my previous work applied to what they were looking for in the role.

A lot of the conversation was built around soft-skill prompts and hypothetical situations, with interviewers trying to read my “vibe” and how I’d handle collaboration and workplace expectations. There wasn’t a lot of back-and-forth on algorithms or advanced problem solving; instead, they wanted to understand my communication and how I thought through situations. I also noticed the structure was consistent: a recruiting touchpoint first, then manager time, and finally a group-style conversation where a couple of team members would meet me together.
