My first interaction with the company started with scheduling—once I picked a time with the recruiter, I expected a call to happen. It didn’t. I waited and then nothing happened, and when I followed up to ask about rescheduling, I didn’t get a response back either. The silence was what made it feel so unprofessional to me.

Later, I also had an interview day where the scheduled representative didn’t show up. I reached back out assuming there might’ve been an unforeseen issue, but the reply essentially came as a list of alternative dates without acknowledging that the original meeting was missed. I left that interaction disappointed because the communication didn’t feel respectful or human.

I went through a fully virtual loop where every step happened over video or Teams, so I didn’t have to travel for any stage. After a recruiter touchpoint, I connected with the hiring side on screen and it felt pretty straightforward to get in, join, and move along without the hassle of flying or driving. Overall, it was comfortable having the interviews online, and I liked that it stayed within their stated timeline.

The content leaned into classic sales discovery. There were behavior-based questions, and I also had to do a mock-sale-style activity where I talked through how I’d approach a sales situation. It wasn’t described as a technical deep dive—it was more about how I reasoned through past experience and how I’d handle common scenarios, including pitching and responding to prompts. Even though the process was virtual, it still stretched out long enough to feel a little annoying.
