Difficult Neutral Bengaluru

I went through a process that started normally enough, but the overall experience ended up feeling frustrating because of what happened after the initial steps. I was offered an option to do an online interview if I didn’t agree with the face-to-face format, and I did it through that alternate path.

Once I cleared the initial stage, the process didn’t stop there. They asked me to attend three more technical rounds, each around 30 minutes, which made the timeline feel heavy and repetitive. What lingered was the lack of assurance afterward— even after clearing everything, there was no guarantee of a contractual offer.

The process took three rounds and felt more structured than I expected. The first part was a written round with a mixed set of prompts: Java-related code questions, output-based questions, SQL query questions, and scenario-style items that asked me to reason through a realistic situation.

After that, I moved into a face-to-face interview where the focus stayed technical, centered on my core skill set and how I approached solving problems in context. The interviewer explained what they expected and gave me enough room to talk through my real project experience rather than keeping it purely question-answer.
