I started with a recruiter-style conversation where they talked me through the role and the client context. After that, I went through a set of rounds that stayed pretty technical overall: one meeting with someone from the team, then a client-facing round. At the very beginning, there was also an in-office step that was mostly administrative—more about verifying my identity than testing anything.
The whole process felt structured and professional, and it didn’t drag on too long. From the first call to the technical interview portion, it took around four weeks in total for me, and another time it felt like roughly two weeks end-to-end. The client piece clearly mattered, because the selection seemed tied to how things went with the client.
