Easy Positive Minneapolis, MN

The process kicked off with a recruiter contacting me, and that first conversation quickly led to introductions with the hiring manager. From there, scheduling became easy and flexible through a talent acquisition coordinator, and the interviews themselves were run via Zoom with audio/video. The whole thing felt smooth and tightly managed, and I appreciated how little friction there was in coordinating times.

After the Zoom interview stages, I met the hiring manager in person, and then the process moved into additional rounds that covered leadership perspectives. One part of the experience that stuck with me was the volume of interviews and the pacing—there were seven rounds total, then additional conversations later with VPs. Each interview was treated like its own focused session, with a dedicated interviewer for about 30 minutes.
