Difficult Neutral Houston, TX

My interview felt relatively direct and case-driven, but the atmosphere threw me off. Most of what I went through was case study work—some cases felt tougher than others—and everything ran over Zoom.

When I reached the partner interviews, the vibe changed. It wasn’t that the questions were impossible, but the partner seemed disinterested and that made the tone feel off compared to the rest of the process. That difference in energy affected how I experienced the final rounds.

Average Positive Manchester City Centre, England

My process felt pretty streamlined. After applying, I went straight into online testing, and then I had an online interview with two one-way video questions plus a form where I indicated my preferred team. The next step was an assessment centre scheduled for early August.

After the recruiter side of things, the early stages also included an SHL-style screen and then the assessment centre came quickly after that. Overall, the pacing surprised me—in my case it moved much faster than other places I’d applied—and each stage felt clearly slotted into place. The interview content leaned toward behavioral and fit, with the HR touchpoint focused on how I’d performed and whether there was a path forward.
