I hadn’t gotten to any live interviews yet, but I did receive the email next step that set the whole process in motion. It asked me to upload a short intro video that was about three minutes, and it also included a form where I had to enter my job timing availability and the timing/start date I could begin.
After I finished that, I was just waiting because I hadn’t done the interview rounds themselves yet. Even though nothing technical happened on a call, the step felt very structured—more like scheduling and availability gating than evaluation—and it left me in a holding pattern until the actual interviews would start.

Average Positive Mumbai
After a recruiter screening, I got a clear explanation of the interview flow, and it sounded pretty formal—four rounds total with eliminatory checkpoints. The breakdown included two technical rounds, then one round with the hiring manager, and finally an HR round.
That structure made the process feel straightforward on paper, but it also made it feel like each step mattered because you could be filtered out before reaching the end. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the journey itself stayed aligned with what they told me early: a sequence of technical evaluation followed by leadership discussion and then HR.
