You will not merely troubleshoot issues; you will architect integration strategies, debug complex client-side mobile code, resolve deep linking routing failures, and optimize attribution data pipelines. Your work directly impacts Branch's core business metrics by accelerating time-to-value for new customers, driving product adoption, and preventing technical churn.
This role requires a unique combination of deep technical acumen and exceptional communication skills. You must be equally comfortable debugging an iOS or Android SDK integration, configuring DNS records for custom deep linking domains, explaining complex attribution models to marketing executives, and feeding product feedback directly to Branch's core product and engineering teams.
