I went through a pretty compact three-stage process that felt unusually aligned. It started with an internal recruiter conversation, then moved to a manager, and finally to another manager level above that. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional, and the tone stayed polite and respectful throughout.
The focus was very much on whether there was a fit beyond just skills. We covered culture fit, whether I could actually do the job, and what motivated me, and they were clear about what they wanted to see. During the stages, I ended up giving a presentation, and what stood out most was how much it felt like I was being listened to rather than just being evaluated for the sake of it. I didn’t feel rushed, and I felt like my answers were landing.
