The interview process I remember felt fairly standard, and there wasn’t much extra detail beyond that. Since I joined a long time ago, the process may have changed since then, but at the time it felt centered on understanding what I could bring and how they would place me.

It was described as average difficulty, and the overall experience was positive even though it didn’t mention an offer. Looking back, what stuck was that the focus was on fitting me to the right path rather than testing hard technical edge cases.

Average Positive United Kingdom

My process turned into an assessment-style journey. First I uploaded my CV, then I was sent into an online assessment covering general ability and logic. After that came a video interview focused on personality and motivations, and then the final step was an assessment centre.

At the assessment centre, I went through personality and competency questions plus a group exercise and a presentation. It felt like a full day of structured evaluation rather than a single conversation, and I remember thinking the setup was designed to see how I operated under multiple formats.
