Easy Negative India

I went through a one-day, all-around assessment, and honestly I didn’t expect an offer letter even after speaking with HR. My HR contact was extremely unpleasant, and the communication felt misleading from the start—he told me I would get an offer within a week.

When I followed up, the response was just more promises about an imminent offer. That dragged out for about a month, and then I received an email saying my candidacy wasn’t considered suitable for the role. The whole thing left me feeling like the company wasn’t being genuine about timelines, and the outcome was disappointing.

Difficult Negative Chennai

My interview journey was spread across several stages, starting with a first round on HackerRank and then a follow-up technical interview. After that, I had a manager round that ultimately turned the experience negative for me, and then there was an HR round at the end.

In the manager discussion, the tone felt aggressive and more like an attitude test than a structured evaluation. I remember being asked a random aptitude-style question about a train moving at 100 km/h, which really threw me off given that the role was for a senior developer in a banking project context. By the time I got to HR, I was already disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the weird mismatch between what was asked and what I expected for the position.
