Average Positive Oklahoma City, OK

After a recruiter first chat, I met with the hiring manager for about an hour. That conversation set the tone, and then the rest of the process moved quickly with three more interviews: a pair programming round, a behavioral interview, and a system design interview. The whole thing felt pretty well-paced, and none of the rounds were framed like trick questions.

In each technical conversation, I felt like I could talk through my thinking rather than just produce an answer. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and easy to talk to, and the experience stayed collaborative from start to finish. By the end, the process gave me a clear sense of what they cared about—how I approached problems, how I communicated, and how I handled design-level trade-offs.

Average Positive Raleigh, NC

My interview process was fairly straightforward once it started: I went through three panel-style rounds. The interviewers were friendly, and the vibe was calm enough that it didn’t feel adversarial. I ended up doing system design and pair programming alongside a behavioral round, and there was also a final conversation with the head of engineering.

The technical parts didn’t feel like random hoop-jumping. One of the coding conversations leaned into fundamental concepts and asked about the basics in a way that still felt meaningful. Across the rounds, the questions were well-crafted and the interviewers were cordial and polite, which made it easier to stay focused. Overall, it was a smooth experience, and it matched the level of difficulty I expected from the start.
