Difficult Positive Denver, CO

I started with what felt like a straightforward screening interview where we talked through my previous work and I got more detail about what the role would involve. A second conversation followed where I had to walk through the technical details of something I’d done before, pretty in-depth. The interviewer made it clear they were trying to understand how well I could explain complex concepts, not just whether I knew the material.

After that, the process escalated quickly. I was flown to their office in Denver and met with five different people on site, each covering a different topic. It was a full, varied day of conversations rather than one narrow technical grilling, and the pace felt like they were trying to map both my communication style and my technical depth across multiple viewpoints. The whole arc ended without an offer, but it was one of the more structured and clearly intent-driven loops I went through there.
