After applying, I moved through a fairly long loop that still felt respectful of my time. The recruiter communication was high quality and they were flexible with scheduling. I experienced a mix of role-specific and role-agnostic interviews, and the tone stayed focused on culture and alignment rather than trying to “catch me.” Across the conversations, interviewers came across as humble, curious, and empathetic.
I didn’t find the interviews unusually hard overall, but they were thorough. I spoke with multiple people as the process progressed, and the common thread was how the team values showed up in how the questions were framed and how the conversations were run. Even when I was trying to balance everything, the process felt organized enough to follow.

Average Negative San Francisco, CA
I got pulled into a process that started with scheduling an intake interview, and it immediately became a timing and communication problem. I chose a date/time, but then the interview kept getting rescheduled. After about four weeks of postponing, I finally completed the intake and was approved to move forward.
Then it stretched further. I was told I’d receive options for an online technical interview, but instead the process went quiet for another several weeks. During that time I felt completely ignored, and when they finally resurfaced with dates I decided to cancel rather than continue investing time into a pipeline that wasn’t actively moving.
