My process took over a month, and it honestly made me think I’d been ghosted. I kept waiting, but eventually the last interview did come through. That final on-site interview lasted around two hours.

At the end of that on-site, they made me an offer. The twist was the relocation requirement: I had to move within their desired 30-mile radius, and I was just 5 miles outside it. They wouldn’t accommodate that distance, so the offer couldn’t move forward as-is.
