Average Positive Stoke-on-Trent, England

My process was straightforward and stayed pretty focused on practical communication. After the initial steps, I went through two stages: the first was a conversation on Teams where we covered background and there were only a few technical questions. The second stage was in person and it required me to make and deliver a presentation.

Once I’d presented, the rest of the in-person time shifted into follow-up technical discussion. They asked more technical questions after the presentation, probing further on the topics I brought up during the talk.

Average Neutral Denver, CO

I went through two main interviews—one screening and one technical—both while working with an international team. Since the interviewers were located in a different country, I noticed some communication and timing differences, and I had to remind myself not to overread every reaction or follow-up.

In the screening, they asked how I would avoid getting bored in the role. I had about eight years of experience, so I talked about how growth areas—especially in network skills—would keep me engaged rather than settling into a routine.
