Average Positive Chennai

My process started with a short, straightforward HR round focused on basics. After that, I was given a supply chain case study with a strict time window to submit it, so the emphasis was on producing a workable solution quickly.

If I qualified from the case study, I moved into another interview tied directly to that same case. That follow-up leaned more toward procurement as well, so it wasn’t just about delivering the write-up—it was about being able to discuss the reasoning behind it. The difficulty felt average overall, and the journey had a smooth, sequential feel. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the structure was consistent: HR first, then time-bound case work, then a case/procurement debrief.

My interview journey was compact and largely centered on case work. It ran through about two to three rounds, and I knew early on that I would need to present a case study as part of the process.

As I went through the rounds, the expectation was clear: my performance on the case presentation would determine whether I made it further. The conversations around it felt fairly smooth, and the managers I interacted with came across as really supportive and easy to work with. It didn’t feel adversarial—more like a measured evaluation of how I approached the problem.

Case Study Emphasis

A significant portion of the evaluation hinges on the case study presentation, where candidates must deliver a solution within a set timeframe and discuss their reasoning. Performance in this round is often the primary determinant for advancing in the process.

Behavioral & HR Interviews

Following the case study, candidates typically engage in HR interviews that focus on personal background and fit, often feeling more like a formality compared to the case discussions. These interviews assess cultural fit and general career motivations.
