Je suis passé par un entretien assez “classique” côté cabinet de conseil. La première partie a surtout servi à poser le décor : présentation de l’entreprise, de ses domaines d’expertise, puis présentation de la personne qui allait conduire l’échange. Ensuite, j’ai fait ma présentation, et l’entretien est retombé sur des questions liées à mes expériences passées.
Globalement, c’était une dynamique fluide et directe, sans vrai volet technique décrit dans mon souvenir. La difficulté me paraissait faible, et l’échange m’a surtout servi à clarifier mon profil et ce que je cherchais comme type de missions. Je n’ai pas eu d’offre à la fin, mais l’entretien, lui, était cadré et standard.

Mon processus a été assez rapide et structuré. Après une première prise de contact, l’objectif a surtout été de vérifier ma disponibilité et de récolter mes coordonnées. Puis j’ai enchaîné avec deux entretiens : d’abord un entretien technique, avec des sujets autour de mon CV, ma mobilité, mes attentes salariales et mon intérêt pour le poste.
Ensuite, j’ai eu un entretien avec le client, puis une dernière étape centrée sur la signature du contrat en CDI. L’ensemble donnait l’impression d’avancer efficacement et sans trop d’incertitude, au moins sur le déroulé. Finalement, il n’y a pas eu d’offre, mais je garde le sentiment d’un parcours maîtrisé, bien calé de bout en bout.
